1. Use of Campusmugglers

Campusmugglers is a campus-focused convenience platform offering a Campus Store, Printing, Laundry, and Standard/Express campus delivery of these services, for students of SSJGIMSR / Almora Medical College. Campusmugglers is a brand operated by Priyanka Bhojak, Sole Proprietor.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must sign in with a Google account to use Campusmugglers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account — your name, residence, room number and contact number — and for keeping your Google account secure. Campusmugglers uses the information you provide to fulfil and deliver your requests, so inaccurate details can delay or prevent delivery.

3. Service area

Campusmugglers currently operates only within SSJGIMSR / Almora Medical College, Almora, Uttarakhand. Using Campusmugglers outside this service area, or placing a request that cannot be fulfilled within it, may not be possible.

4. Campus Store

Product availability and stock on the Campus Store can change at any time. The price shown for a product at the time you order is the price that applies to that order; Campusmugglers does not guarantee a price shown earlier remains available later.

5. Pricing and the authoritative checkout amount

For every service, the amount you are asked to pay is the amount calculated by Campusmugglers at the time of your order or request — not an estimate shown earlier in the app, in marketing copy, or on this website. If a figure on this website and the amount shown at checkout ever differ, the amount shown at checkout governs.

6. Delivery options

Store orders can be delivered using Standard delivery or, where available, Express delivery: Standard ₹50 • Express ₹90. Standard delivery operates through selectable delivery windows with an order cut-off shown before you place your order; see the Delivery Policy for details. Express availability is not guaranteed at all times.

7. Printing service

You submit printing requirements (such as a file and your printing preferences), and Campusmugglers provides a price for that specific job before you pay. Submitting a file for printing means you confirm you have the right to print and distribute its contents, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or applicable law.

8. Laundry service

Laundry is charged by weight: Wash & Fold at ₹79/kg and Wash + Iron at ₹129/kg, subject to a minimum order of ₹199. The final amount is confirmed once your laundry has actually been weighed.

9. Payments

Where online payment is available for a Campusmugglers service, the final payable amount is shown before payment, and payment is processed through a licensed third-party payment provider. Payment status is confirmed by Campusmugglers after verification with that provider. Campusmugglers does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for every service are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Campusmugglers — including attempting to place fraudulent orders, interfering with the service, submitting unlawful print content, or impersonating another person or account. Campusmugglers may suspend or close an account that misuses the service.

12. Service availability

Campusmugglers aims to keep its services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability, delivery windows and Express availability can change for operational or seasonal reasons, as described in the Delivery Policy.

13. Intellectual property

The Campusmugglers name, logo and app content belong to Campusmugglers and may not be used without permission, except as reasonably needed to use the service as intended.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Campusmugglers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, beyond amounts actually paid for the order giving rise to a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Changes to these Terms

Campusmugglers may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continuing to use Campusmugglers after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
