Delivery Policy

1. Service area

Campusmugglers currently delivers only within SSJGIMSR / Almora Medical College, Almora, Uttarakhand. Orders are fulfilled to hostels and locations within this campus.

2. Delivery fee

Standard ₹50 • Express ₹90, shown to you before you confirm an order.

3. Standard delivery and cut-offs

Standard delivery runs through delivery windows that you select at checkout. Each window has an order cut-off time, shown to you before you place the order — if the cut-off for a window has passed, that window is no longer offered. Which windows are open at any given time is operational configuration that can change with the season and with campus operations, so the Campusmugglers app at checkout — not this page — is the authoritative source for what is currently available.

4. Express delivery

Where enabled, Express delivery does not use a selectable window — it is handled as soon as reasonably possible after the order is placed. Express is not guaranteed to be available at all times; its current availability is shown in the app at checkout.

5. What determines whether your order arrives on time

Campusmugglers aims to deliver within the window or timeframe shown at checkout, but delivery can occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside direct control — for example, restricted campus access, weather, or an unusually high volume of orders at the same time. Campusmugglers does not promise an exact delivery minute beyond the window selected at checkout.

6. Your responsibilities

Delivery depends on the residence, room number and contact details on your account being accurate and reachable. An incorrect or unreachable detail can delay or prevent delivery, and Campusmugglers is not responsible for a delay caused by inaccurate details you provided.

7. Delivery issues
