1. Data controller

Campusmugglers is a brand operated by Priyanka Bhojak, Sole Proprietor. Campusmugglers, operated as described above, is the data controller for the information described on this page — see Section 11 (Contact) for how to reach Campusmugglers about it.

2. Information Campusmugglers collects

Depending on how you use Campusmugglers, this can include:

• Identity information from Google sign-in — your name, email address and Google account identifier, which is how you sign in to Campusmugglers. Campusmugglers does not receive or store your Google password.
• Profile details you provide — your name, hostel or residence, room number and batch, which Campusmugglers needs to know where to deliver to you.
• Contact phone number — used so the person delivering your order can reach you, and recorded on your payment receipt.
• Orders and service requests — what you ordered from the Campus Store, and the Print and Laundry requests you submit, including their status.
• Print files — a document you upload to submit a print job is stored only long enough to verify it and fulfil the job.
• Payment status and reference information — whether a payment succeeded, and the reference identifiers a payment provider returns for it. See Section 4 for what this does not include.
• Support communications — anything you tell Campusmugglers support when you contact us about an order, payment, delivery or refund.
• Limited product and usage analytics — events such as a search, a product view, or adding something to a cart, used to understand how the service is used and to improve it.

3. Why Campusmugglers collects it

• To create and operate your Campusmugglers account
• To take, price, fulfil and deliver your Store, Print and Laundry requests
• To contact you about an order or respond to a support request
• To confirm payment status after it has been processed
• To keep the service working reliably and to improve it over time
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations

4. What Campusmugglers does not store

Campusmugglers does not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or any other sensitive payment credential. When online payment is available, it is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider, and that provider — not Campusmugglers — handles those details directly. Campusmugglers only receives a payment status (such as success or failure) and a reference identifier for that payment.

5. Who Campusmugglers shares information with

Campusmugglers shares information only as needed to run the service:

• With the staff who pick, pack, prepare or deliver your order on campus, limited to what fulfilling that specific order requires.
• With the payment provider that processes an online payment, limited to what is needed to process that payment.
• With the infrastructure providers Campusmugglers relies on to host its database, authentication and app (for example, cloud hosting and backend infrastructure providers), under their own security obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.

Campusmugglers does not sell personal information, and does not share it with advertisers.

6. Security

Campusmugglers restricts access to stored information to what each part of the service genuinely needs: a delivery worker can see what is needed to complete a delivery, and no more. Access to the underlying database is controlled and audited. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Campusmugglers takes reasonable, industry- standard measures to protect the information described above.

7. How long information is kept

Campusmugglers keeps account, order and support information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, to meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention needs. Campusmugglers does not commit to a single precise deletion period here, because the right retention period differs by record type (for example, a completed order has different accounting obligations than a search query) — if you want a specific record reviewed or removed, contact support using the details below.

8. Your choices

• You can review and update your profile details (name, residence, room number, contact number) from within the Campusmugglers app.
• You can ask Campusmugglers to tell you what information is held about your account, or to close your account, by contacting support.
• You can stop using Campusmugglers at any time; this policy continues to govern information already collected.

9. Children

Campusmugglers is built for students at SSJGIMSR / Almora Medical College and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

If Campusmugglers changes this policy in a material way, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and where appropriate, Campusmugglers will let you know through the app.
